This 45-minute class incorporates standing and sitting exercises. Stretching and strengthening tight or weak muscles is essential to increase your flexibility, balance, and coordination. By improving your flexibility, you improve your range of motion in your joints, and you’ll also find yourself moving around with greater ease. Daily movements are more effortless. You will improve your posture and balance and decrease your chances of a future injury. No equipment is required. Great for beginners.
