Villages' Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an evidence-based, low-impact exercise series designed to improve balance, strength, and flexibility, significantly reducing fall risks. Developed by Dr. Paul Lam and based on Sun-style Tai Chi, it features slow, gentle movements safe for older adults and those with arthritis.


The CDC, Arthritis Foundation, and National Council on Aging recommend this program specifically for older adults due to its effectiveness in preventing falls.

How to participate:

Register now for the 12-week series, starting April 20. Schedule:

  • Monday, 1 pm, MT, April 20 & April 27
  • Thursday, 10 am MT, April 23 - June 25
