Villages' Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention is an evidence-based, low-impact exercise series designed to improve balance, strength, and flexibility, significantly reducing fall risks. Developed by Dr. Paul Lam and based on Sun-style Tai Chi, it features slow, gentle movements safe for older adults and those with arthritis.
The CDC, Arthritis Foundation, and National Council on Aging recommend this program specifically for older adults due to its effectiveness in preventing falls.

How to participate:
Register now for the 8-session series, starting Sept 28. Monday/Wednesday, 11 am MT
- You may cancel your series for a full refund before the start of your second scheduled class.
- After the second class begins, fees are non-refundable, and no credits or extensions will be issued for missed, canceled, or unattended classes.
