Balance + Mobility Class, Every Other Saturday
Saturday 10 am MT, 45 minutes.
This 45-minute class improves balance and mobility, making you steadier and preventing falls. As we age, the systems that help us maintain balance—our vision, our inner ear, and our leg muscles and joints—tend to break down. The good news is that balance training helps prevent and improve those losses. Class includes a warm-up with cardio, exercises to improve balance and joint mobility, and cool down. No equipment is required. Great for beginners.
Yoga Fusion Class, Every other Saturday
Saturday 10 am MT, 45 minutes.
This 45-minute class uses yoga positions, stretches, and breathing techniques. Fitness moves incorporate light weights (optional) and yoga straps. Self-care techniques such as hand and foot massages are part of the fun. This fusion between yoga and fitness helps develop upper and lower body muscle strength and eye and hand coordination, resulting in more vitality, improved posture, and a sense of well-being. Great for beginners.
