Gentle Yoga with Judith Rhodes
Classes specially for seniors to increase flexibility, balance, and harmony. 
Kripalu yoga is an inquiry-based practice, allowing you to become fully present in your body.  It includes body and breath awareness as well as focusing inward. The 60-minute class consists of centering, breath work, postures, cool-down and relaxation.  The focus is on gentle movement and delicious stretching coordinated with breath. You will leave feeling balanced and energized.  Come and join us making it more supportive of your health and healing!
