Equipment: Equipment—yoga mat, bands, weights (no more than 2 lbs.). However, all exercises can be done without equipment except for the Yoga mat.
This 60-minute class improves balance and mobility, making you steadier and preventing falls. As we age, the systems that help us maintain balance—our vision, our inner ear, and our leg muscles and joints—tend to break down. The good news is that balance training helps prevent and improve those losses. The class includes a warm-up with cardio, exercises to improve balance and joint mobility, and cooling down. No equipment is required. It's excellent for beginners. Equipment - Yoga mat, bands, weights (no more than 2 lbs.), but all exercises can be done without equipment except for the Yoga mat.
