Equipment: Equipment—yoga mat, bands, weights (no more than 2 lbs.). However, all exercises can be done without equipment except for the Yoga mat.
Share your best self with renewed strength and energy as you move into your day! This 30-minute Chair Yoga Express helps jump-start your day. We practice gentle yoga movements and postures, both seated and standing, using the chair to help balance. Yoga relieves stress, improves flexibility, and wakes up muscular systems that fire strength and endurance. The class is designed to gently warm the body, then move into sitting or standing postures, a cool down, and guided breathing to close. Equipment: Chair, no arms or wheels. Optional: yoga blocks, yoga strap, hand weights, no heavier than 2 pounds. Please sign into class at least 5 minutes before the start time.
