Get ready to move, groove, and strengthen! Led by the amazing Sharon, these classes are like a superhero workout—minus the capes (unless you bring one, of course). Designed to keep you steady on your feet and feeling fabulous, each session mixes strength exercises and fun movements using your own limbs as resistance. Think of it as your body saying, “I’ve got this!”
These classes are all about YOU—sit down, stand up, or do both! Approximately half the class is seated, while standing exercises use the back of a chair for support. Feeling adventurous? Test your balance, strengthen your muscles (yes, your heart counts too!), and maybe even channel your inner flamingo by standing on one leg.

Not only does this class help you move with confidence, but it also gives your brain a workout. Say goodbye to stiffness and hello to flexibility, and embrace the energy boost that comes with every session. Sharon’s class is all about independence, happiness, and, of course, no falling allowed.
