Participants will also receive resources to help make informed choices about their healthcare wishes. Note that this seminar specifically addresses Advance Healthcare Planning in New Mexico, but all states have downloadable forms, and all are welcome to participate.

Beverly Gholson is an End of Life educator with End Of Life Options New Mexico, where she has volunteered for over three years. She is also a certified Death Midwife and serves on the Advisory Board of the National Association of Certified Death Midwives.
