Balls provide just the right amount of challenge—making them ideal for increasing muscle tone, joint stability, and confidence without putting strain on the body. Each activity focuses on different areas of the body to support everyday movement and independence.

These sessions support daily routines such as getting up from a chair with ease, walking without stiffness, reaching for your favorite coffee mug, and staying steady when moving at night.

Exercises can be done seated or standing, and every movement is easily modified to meet your comfort level and ability.
