If you have Silver Sneakers through your medicare provider, you may be eligible for ten monthly classes and workshops at no charge to you.
To enjoy this benefit, we must have your Silver Sneakers code. Most Silver Sneakers members are eligible, but we cannot guarantee that you are eligible. We will contact you for your Silver Sneakers code and confirm your eligibility after you sign up.
For Silver Sneakers members - to obtain your Confirmation Code:
Log into your medicare provider website and search for Silver Sneakers benefits.
Enter the information requested.
You will receive a 16-digit number 0000-0000-0000-0000.
OR you can call Customer Service toll-free at the number on your member ID card.
When you receive this number, call Ann at Villages at 505-501-8187 or email info@villagesofsantafe.org. If you need additional assistance, call or email Ann.
This membership gives you access to ten monthly classes and the 600+ video content library.
Your pass may be suspended if we have not received your Silver Sneakers code within 30 days of signing up for this membership.
